Return / Exchange Policy
At CliC Eyewear your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a credit or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Only items that are in new condition and free of damage are eligible for return or exchange. For a refund or exchange, please email for a return authorization form. CliC Eyewear must be returned with all tags still attached and in their original packaging.
For an exchange specify the item you would like in exchange. If the replacement item is greater than the original purchase, your credit card will be charged.
If you received your merchandise as a gift, it may be sent back for exchange only. Please provide your contact information along with the item you would like it exchanged with. If the cost of the exchange is higher you will be charged the difference.

Upon receipt of your package you will be credited the returned items and taxes excluding shipping. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
All of our products are covered for manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. CliC Eyewear will repair or replace any pair of readers or sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage.
Any readers or sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:
Original proof of purchase. Include dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned sunglasses.
Include your name, phone number and address in the event that we need to contact you.
