At CliC Goggles, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase from www.clicgoggles.com, you may return it for a credit or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

What is the Warranty Policy?

CliC Goggles Readers and Sunglasses are warranted to the original purchaser for up to six months from the date of purchase against any defect in materials and workmanship. CliC Goggles will repair or replace, at our opinion, any pair of readers or Sunglasses found to be defective - exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. We do not offer any replacement or spare parts available for purchase.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear, including lens scratching or accidental breakage. This warranty does not cover shipping cost. The repair will generally be completed within five days and returned via US Priority Mail. Any sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by the following:

  1. Original proof of purchase is required. Include dated copy of the original sales receipt with your returned sunglasses.
  2. A brief note indicating how your readers or sunglasses broke.

Include your name, phone number, and address in the event that we need to contact you. There may be additional charges if your repair is not covered by CliC Goggles's warranty

What is the return process?
  1. Returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Include a copy of your sales receipt.
  3. If you want an exchange, specify the item you would like to exchange it for. If the replacement item is greater than the original purchase, your credit card will be charged, or you can submit a check for the difference.
  4. Package your item in the original box or another sturdy box and mail to:

How much is the replacement freight?

In order to complete your replacement, please include a check or money order for $6.99 for shipping charges.

When will I receive my credit or replacement?

If the original purchase was paid by a credit card, you will be credited for the return items and taxes (excluding delivery) upon receipt of your package. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.

What if I received the readers or sunglasses as a gift?

If you received your merchandise as a gift, it may be sent back for exchange only. If the cost of the replacement is higher than the original purchase, please provide your credit card information. If the replacement item is less than the original, the difference will be refunded to the original purchaser. Please also provide your contact information -- should the item be on backorder, we would like to notify you.

How am I billed for exchanges?

Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If your item is backordered, we will contact you.
